Slow, mindful, mostly lying-down, exercises to regulate your nervous system and re-sensitise your brain’s connection to your musculoskeletal system to unlearn habits that contribute to pain and tension.

Somatics Class:

Regulate & Reset Wednesdays

This online somatics class for chronic pain and chronic conditions (including anxiety/ fatigue and stress) will become your haven and healing place for the week.

Using a unique combination of Clinical Somatics Exercises, Qigong, breath-work and guided visualisation, you will learn tools to calm and reassure your mind, drop safely into your body and be present to the wide open moment.

My aim is for you to come away feeling resourced, empowered, optimistic and, of course, in less pain - perhaps than you have been in for a long time.

STARTS: October 9th
WHEN? Wednesdays at 10am & 7pm (GMT)
WHERE? On Zoom
COST? £10 drop-in £40 for 5

  • I have a degenerative disease and have lived with intractable pain for over a quarter of a century. I have left each class feeling so much lighter and looser, as well as more positive and confident.

  • Pain robs of us of much and it’s been incredibly helpful to be in a class of other people who understand what living with pain is like, combined with a teacher who is so committed to helping us all. Laine’s generosity of spirit shines through and the fact that it’s underpinned with her expertise and practical, achievable exercises is what makes it such a powerful combination.
